Mooshu here – super excited to share about the latest work going on here 😊
We’ve always known the last desktop application had challenges to maintain and add new games. Fortunately thanks to some amazing work with Gitago, we’ve remade the desktop app to support multiple games more easily. We already have support for Overwatch AND Marvel Rivals. What we can do now:
- NEW: Can update heroes without re-downloading the entire program
- NEW: Can support game-specific overlays
- NEW: Can support MAP specific overlays (Marvel Rivals’ Domination is different from Convergence and Convoy ðŸ˜)
- NEW: Team names and logos can easily be saved
- NEW: Hotkey & Midi Support
- NEW: OBS Replay Supported
- NEW: Streamdeck, Companion & TouchPortal Capable
- NEW: Works as a vMIX datasource
How to Get Started
1. Head over to https://esportsdash.com/
2. At the top of the page, click on “Get Early Access”
3. Make sure to use the same email as your Discord account (FYI we do NOT store or ask for your discord password)
4. After sign up, you can download the .exe
5. Install the .exe
6. Launch the .exe – and log in using Discord or Google Authentication (Again, we do NOT store your password)
7. Once launched and logged in, a pop up should appear. Select “Download Starter Pack”.
- If you have already used the app, navigate to the Game Configs using the button on the upper right of the window.
8. Click on the Starter Pack you want (new games will be here in the future too!)
9. Choose a location to install the related files. This can go anywhere.
- These files are the game-related overlays, so you’ll have a different location for each game title i.e. Overwatch, Marvel Rivals, Valorant, etc)
10. As it is installing, it will prompt to close OBS. This is required as we need to add a new Scene Collection.
